Our Classes:

We offer for youth ages 10 -17 and for adults 18 and older in Kenpo Karate, Qi Gong, Meditation, Station Cardio & Fitness training. Class times are as follows on Thursdays:

• White Belt thru Orange Belt, 6:00 PM to 6:45 PM
• Purple Belt thru Black Belt, 7:00 PM to 7:45 PM
• Alternate Class when advised on Saturdays, 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Sometimes individuals do not feel comfortable in a scheduled group setting, so please contact me to make arrangements for your situation. We offer private instruction by appointment only for Kenpo Karate, Meditation, EdgeWaves Healing techniques and Thought Pattern Management (TPM).
